Submitting an order requests seller confirmation and does not mean payment has been received. No online payment is taken. The store must confirm merchandise payment arrangements. Delivery charges are confirmed by and paid directly to the courier upon receipt, separately from the merchandise total. Business identity, delivery coverage and timing, cancellation, returns and refund terms require operator confirmation before public launch.
